Nothing better than raising the spirits of your sales team by giving them a process that has 100% success rate for finding new opportunities on a consistent basis. Why waste the closing talent in your building when a re-organization of behaviors (and sometime incentives, trust me, its even better my way) and workflow can potentially double to triple your appointment rates and close rates for new business? Are the conversations you're having with prospects consistent? (It's easy to change that and make that great too! You probably have that down, but if it could be made more successful -- why not right?)

Ever think -- How do I get the narrative of my company, service/product, new offering, solutions, angles out to the target audience? There is definitely an art to creating the narrative that sets you and your organization up in the "trusted advisor" category in the minds of the prospect. Top companies do it -- So can you! If you need help outlining, ghost writing, farming the story to the target outlets... It's not a cheap service... But, it can really turn the tide if the angle is a good one.
There's a time and place for mindful, customized follow-up with a prospect. It's after they've shown interest, and they have an opportunity you're attempting to close. If they haven't gotten to that point yet, lizard brain needs to rule supreme. That means batches of email and LinkedIn campaigns with different, programmatic follow-up that takes the guess work out of landing those appointments to guarantee success. Wouldn't it be nice to have custom-templates set-up for your team that never get old, with training and consultation on updates as required to stay fresh and current? Wouldn't it be nice to show up to a referral or interested prospect every time your sales and business development team had a sales call?
It's very possible. Let's make it a consistent reality!
Today, there's a lot of noise out in the marketplace today. Getting to the decision maker in the most efficient, cost effective way is the name of the game when it comes to beating competitors on a consistent basis. The behaviors for my system are easy to understand and implement on a team. I have taken a new employee to an industry and got them making money in month one with my process.
